I love to bake! Desserts are my specialty, however recently I have started the Fat Lovers Food Loss Program(you can read about it on the Diet-Free page) and have been learning about foods that are naturally better for you. One of those being whole wheat. Lately I have been experimenting with different wheat recipes and enjoying it!
