21 Day Metabolism Makeover (MM)
During this 21 days you start out slowly, making small changes to the way you eat every day. Through these days you learn more about food; the rate at which carbs turn to sugar and what that means, what ingredients to stay away from, how to snack, etc. By the end of the 21 days you are eating every 2-3 hours which includes 3 meals and figuring out your exercise plan. Oh, and don't forget feeling better, and lighter!

After the 21 days are over you move onto Food Lovers for Life, basically doing the same thing you were doing during the 21 day MM.

 I Started with the detox on May 2nd on June 2nd(after detox and metabolism makeover) I have lost 16 lbs and 14 inches.
